The students could also work in international teams in the mindfulness and sport activities which had been prepared by each country. They had a lot of fun with the zumba lesson and got relaxed with the yoga one!

The French, German, Hungarian and Polish teachers gave him the different presents they have brought from their countries ,as a symbol of thankfulness to the city.
Another great activity was the one led by Oscar Cadiach, one of the most famous climbers in Spain. He made a presentation about his life and how sport has contributed to his life balance. After his conference the team joined him and went on excursion to the Marquesa Forest, the Mèdol querry and climbed the Sant Simplici mountain! It was a really nice excursion which finished with a wonderful stroll on the Platja Llarga beach.
During the week the team also visited Sant Sadurni d’Anoia, a famous town in Catalonia because of its cava cellars, which are known all around the world. The students and teachers visited one of them besides a chocolate factory. They also participated in a team-building activity led by an expert and which was held in the town services center, where they had to show their skills to work in teams.
Regarding the language, the French, German, Hungarian and Polish students and teachers assisted to Spanish lessons given by the Spanish students and teachers, and they had even to sit an exam! The German team was the one that got the highest mark and they got a medal. But we have to say that the French, Hungarian and Polish teams did it also great and they got some sweets ;-)
